I explain the cup theory and how it has evolved for us. While pulling for a rune reading a rune slipped out of the bag and it came with the message of pour into yourself before you can nourish into others. Which made me instantly think of the cup theory and what we have been dealing with in the background here when it comes to family dynamics.
